Last two practices before sectionals are tonight (6-8pm) and tomorrow (7-9pm) at the intramural courts.
Sectionals begins this Friday in Austin. Captains, if you haven't contacted all of your team members please do so ASAP! Also make sure everyone has a ride to Austin and a place to stay for the weekend.
For those of you who've never played at Sectionals, the tournament format is different than all of the other TOC tournaments. Every team is placed in a pool with three other teams and y'all will play a round robin. Your win percentage after pool play determines which bracket you will play in on Saturday and Sunday. Regardless, everyone is going to get a ton of match play.
Team members on Friday check-in an hour before there match time with the signed personal release form and either your student ID or a copy of your spring schedule. I have attached the personal release form in the email. If you know you will be traveling later in the day, you will have to check in late and most likely miss the first match or two.
If you haven't seen the check-in times for Friday, here they are:

Everyone will be checking in and playing at the Whitaker courts on Friday except Team 1 and Team 3. Those two teams check-in at Austin Tennis Center. Team 8 will check-in at Whitaker and then move to play at ATC.

For those who don't know much about the Big Event:
Since its introduction in 1982, The Big Event has become the largest, one-day, student-run service project in the nation. Each spring, tens of thousands of Texas A&M students come together to say "Thank You" to the residents of Bryan and College Station. For the past 33 years, Aggie students have participated in this annual event to show their appreciation to the surrounding community, completing service projects such as yard work, window washing, and painting for residents of the community. Although The Big Event has become the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation, our message and our mission remains the same – to simply say "Thank You."
I'll see y'all at practice. Let's play well, have fun with each other this weekend and represent Texas A&M with pride.
Have a great day
Jacob Escobedo
Club Secretary
