Big Event, Post-Easter Fun, and Officer Elections!

Howdy guys! Hope your spring semester is going strong!

As a reminder, this weekend is Big Event and if you are signed up, a group leader should be contacting you soon so you can know what to expect this Saturday!

This Friday, we're meeting up at Wolf Pen Creek Park for a club hangout with ultimate and an Easter egg hunt with a grand prize (so grand that it's been kept secret from me, if I win I hope it's an internship)!!! More details can be seen at the link here.

If you want to be an executive officer or want to be non-exec, elections are coming up fairly soon! In fact, we're talking April 8th soon. Elections will run until April 17th and you can email your vote directly to TAMU10SELECTION@GMAIL.COM. Here is a list of duties for each officer position.

To include your name on the ballot for the executive officer elections or include your name on the list of potential non exec officer appointees, reply to TAMU10SELECTION@GMAIL.COM by Thursday, April 7th at 7PM CST with the following information:

• EXECUTIVE OFFICER POSITION:
• NON-EXECUTIVE OFFICER POSITION:
• PHONE NUMBER:
• EMAIL:
• PARAGRAPH PERSUADING MEMBERS WHY THEY SHOULD ELECT YOU AS AN EXECUTIVE OFFICER: ***Only if you are running for an executive officer position***

If you are running for an executive officer position, include a non executive officer position as well so that if you are not elected, you can still be appointed. If you only wish to run for a non executive officer position, just don't put anything down for executive officer position. New officers will be announced April 18th!
